Richard Kalina
Richard Kalina has a superior record of achievements in creating and leading the strategic partnerships that position ophthalmic organizations for transformation and commercial success. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles with increasing responsibility in clinical and
business development. He has experience in alliance management, marketing, sales, market access, training, and medical affairs across the eye care field. He has a strong track record of executing commercial strategies in ophthalmology and optometry.
Dr. Kalina has more than 25+ years of experience in clinical patient care and in developing high-performing cultures and teams in the ophthalmic industry. He is the founder of the Omega Eye Network, one of Arizona’s largest optometric and physician-based referral centers specializing in
ocular disease, anterior segment, retina care, and clinical trial referrals. In addition, he clinically specializes in anterior segment conditions, post-operative surgical care, glaucoma, dry eyes, diabetic eye care, and ocular disease in their ophthalmology offices across Central Arizona.
His expansive interests have resulted in him being a research investigator for multiple studies and clinical trials. In addition, he has extensive experience in Sjogren’s Syndrome, tear film chemistry and dry eye translational research focused on clinical products and pharmaceuticals
for the ocular surface. Prior to attending UAB, he served as an R&D biochemist at Sigma-Aldrich in St. Louis, MO, developing medical immunoassays for Autoimmunity and Rheumatology. He has submitted several 510k applications to the FDA.
Richard Kalina received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, earning his MS in vision science research and immunochemistry and an MPH in healthcare organization and policy. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and was awarded the AZOA President’s Award in 2014.
Dr. Clark Campbell, O.D.

Dr. Clark Campbell brings a unique blend of discipline, precision, and compassion to his work in optometry. He grew up in Ogden, Utah, and is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he developed the leadership and attention to detail that continue to define his practice today.
Following his service as a U.S. Army helicopter pilot—with assignments in Germany and South Korea—Dr. Campbell pursued his passion for eye care, earning his Doctor of Optometry degree in Chicago. He later relocated to Arizona, where he established a private practice and continues to serve patients across multiple offices.
Dr. Campbell is especially known for his patience and thoroughness, taking the time to listen, explain, and ensure each patient feels comfortable and confident in their care.
Outside of the office, he is a proud father of eight (four boys and four girls), enjoys spending time with his dogs, and has a creative side—building Tiny Houses in his free time.
